Delete your account

Applies to riven accounts on the web, iOS, and Android apps.

Request deletion

Email [email protected] from the address associated with your riven account with the subject line "Account deletion request". We verify ownership before acting on the request and complete verified deletions within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation when deletion is complete.

What is deleted

  • Your profile, sign-in identity, and authentication credentials.
  • Chat history, tasks, agent runs, and stored memories.
  • API keys and device sessions, which are revoked immediately.

What is retained

We retain billing and transaction records where required by law (for example tax and accounting obligations), and minimal audit logs needed for security and fraud prevention. Retained records are kept no longer than legally required and are not used for any other purpose.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription purchased through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel the subscription in your store account settings to stop future charges.
